How do I post a photo?
You can use our online tool by clicking the "Upload Photo" link after you login.
Your photo must be in .jpg format and under 25k in size. You can also email your photo to us
, or send regular mail, and we will scan it in for you.
How do I change my profile, my preferences, or my introduction?
To change any information regarding your account, simply log in and click on
the "Edit My Profile" link. Everything is there! After editing anything, scroll
to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Changes" link.

I'm getting married! Please delete my profile.
When you delete your profile, your profile and user information will be
completely erased. To enter our site again, you will need to sign up again.
If you want to remove your profile, you must login and click the "I'm involved"
button at the bottom of the page. And please email us your story
if you met on our site!
How do I receive fewer, or turn off, daily match emails?
Log into your account, and click on "Edit My Profile". Click on the "Auto Email
Settings" link. To get closer matches, simply increase the percent.
I never got my username and password. Can you send it to me?
Click here to have your username and password sent to you. Simply enter your
email address and click 'submit'. If it fails, then you may have incorrectly
entered your email address when you joined. If you cannot get it to work, send
an email to admin@jewish.e-match.net. Include your username!
I can't login! I keep returning to the home page.
To fix this, you need to enable cookies on your computer. This will allow our
site to pass your username and password from page to page, ensuring that you are
who you say you are. To enable cookies, click on the Help link in you browser
tool bar and do a search for 'cookies'. This will show you what you need to do.
I login and it is my roommates account!
Simply click the "logout" link and then you can login and it will be your account.
If you don't click "logout", the computer will still think it is your roommates account.
I don't get a matches after I click "SEARCH", why?
Lighten up your search criteria. The more specific, the less matches.
If you search for an athletic PHD within 5 miles of Springfield Illinois
that is 38 and never been married, you likely aren't going to find much!
